How the chamber is run
AmCham Taiwan is an autonomous not-for-profit organization registered with the Ministry of the Interior. It is governed by an elected Board of Governors and Board of Supervisors. The Board of Governors selects one of its members to serve as Chairperson for a one-year term, and hires a President to manage the day-to-day affairs of the Chamber.
