Events

Nearly two hundred events a year, and five that are the chamber.

Nearly 200 events every year, including luncheons, seminars, the Hsieh Nien Fan and the American Ball. Every month the Chamber offers luncheon and breakfast meetings and seminars on subjects of particular interest to its membership. Speakers regularly include economists and politicians, management specialists and academic experts.

The five the chamber names

The chamber publishes its diary on its own site and on the events platform it runs. Individual events are not copied here: a stale duplicate of someone else’s calendar helps nobody.

Hsieh Nien Fan
The Chamber’s annual banquet, at which the Chairperson’s remarks are delivered before the President of Taiwan and the Director of the American Institute in Taiwan.
The American Ball
The Chamber’s black-tie social event of the year.
AmCham Executive Dialogue
Closed sessions with visiting global leadership, recently including Citi and Baker McKenzie.
The Annual General Meeting
Where the Board of Governors and Board of Supervisors are elected by the membership.
The Doorknock
The annual delegation to Washington, meeting senior officials in the U.S. Administration and on Capitol Hill.
